Meet Jodi

Jodi fell in love with Pilates over a decade ago, drawn to the mind-body connection it provided. She started her comprehensive certification with Balanced Body as a side passion to her Creative & Marketing career, and after having her first child she transitioned into teaching full time. 

Jodi started her teaching career in Los Angeles and has now been leading private sessions and group classes in Atlanta for almost two years. Her goal is to help every client feel empowered —whether that’s through building strength and improving mobility, or simply carving out time for themselves.

Jodi is also especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum. Pilates was both a mental and physical outlet for Jodi during her own pregnancy, and she credits her smooth experience to her investment in movement.
