1:1 Private Sessions
$100 private sessions
Perfect for anyone from beginners to seasoned athletes, a private session provides a full body exercise tailored to your specific goals. Sessions can incorporate Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, and mat to build out your personalized program. All sessions will prioritize core connection, strength, balance, and mobility. (50 min sessions)

Duets & Small Group Sessions
$120 duets, $150 trios/small groups
Grab a friend (or two!) for custom, private sessions. Small groups have the benefit of more hands-on assists and attention to form than a larger group class.
Want Jodi to come to you, or your event? You can book a house-call for a small additional fee. (50 min sessions)
Prenatal + Postpartum Pilates
$110 private sessions, $50 group classes offered weekly
Movement is medicine throughout your prenatal and postpartum journey. Pilates is the perfect partner in strengthening your beautifully changing bodies. Whether you are looking to take it slow, or keep your momentum going we will target your goals on the Mat, Reformer, Tower and Cadillac. (50 min sessions)

In addition to sessions at a private location in Intown Atlanta, sessions can be booked for your home for a small additional fee.
About Jodi
Jodi fell in love with Pilates over a decade ago, drawn to the mind-body connection it provided. She started her comprehensive certification with Balanced Body as a side passion to her Creative & Marketing career, and after having her first child she transitioned into teaching full time.
Jodi started her teaching career in Los Angeles and has now been leading private sessions and group classes in Atlanta for almost two years. Her goal is to help every client feel empowered —whether that’s through building strength and improving mobility, or simply carving out time for themselves.
Jodi is also especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum. Pilates was both a mental and physical outlet for Jodi during her own pregnancy, and she credits her smooth experience to her investment in movement.
